• Each individual may hold only one registered pv77 account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pv77 reserves the right to close all accounts beyond the first, void associated bets, and confiscate any bonus funds obtained through the duplicate registration.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed. If you have previously self-excluded from pv77 and attempt to open a new account, pv77 is entitled to close that account immediately and return only the net deposited balance.
• You must be accessing pv77 for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or for purposes of professional arbitrage betting. Commercial use of the pv77 platform without prior written authorisation from pv77 is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full pv77 platform, including all casino games and sports betting markets, you must create a registered account. Registration is free and requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number and a password of your own choosing. By registering, you consent to pv77 contacting you via your registered number for account-related communications including OTP verification and important account notices.

• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. pv77 may request supporting documentation such as a National ID card to verify your identity, age, or payment method ownership at any time.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. • Dormant accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100, deducted from the available balance. pv77 will notify you via your registered mobile number before applying this fee. Accounts reaching a zero balance will be closed after 12 months of inactivity.

pv77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where the player is found to be under 21, where false registration information is detected, where the account is linked to fraudulent or abusive activity, or where the player appears on a self-exclusion register.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

pv77 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via approved payment methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following rules govern all financial activity on your pv77 account.

• The minimum deposit is ৳500. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your pv77 wallet within seconds under normal operating conditions. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may require up to 24 hours to process.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. pv77 processes withdrawals back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where this is technically possible. pv77 does not charge withdrawal processing fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. pv77 may require verification of your payment method before processing any withdrawal request.
• Where a withdrawal is requested before any wagering activity on a freshly deposited balance, pv77 reserves the right to apply a payment-processing fee of up to 5% of the deposited sum prior to releasing funds. This provision exists to prevent use of pv77 as a payment transfer channel rather than a gaming platform.
• pv77 may place a withdrawal under review pending KYC completion, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. You will be notified via your registered mobile number if your withdrawal is placed under review.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

pv77 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the terms of the relevant promotion in addition to the general rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this section, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence.

• All bonus funds — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and free spin winnings — are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement at pv77 is 20x the bonus amount.
• pv77 employs active bonus abuse detection systems. Players found to be creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing opposing bets to lock in guaranteed winnings from bonus funds, or deploying automated scripts to clear wagering requirements will have their bonus voided and their account reviewed for permanent closure.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonuses are credited automatically once the qualifying condition is met. It is your responsibility to review the applicable wagering requirement, eligible games list, game contribution percentages, and bonus expiry date before accepting any bonus offer.
• pv77 reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already qualified, pv77 will honour the bonus for that player at the time of their qualification.
• Seasonal Bangladesh promotions linked to Eid, BPL cricket tournaments, IPL, and Pohela Boishakh are subject to their own separately published terms. 6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the pv77 platform are subject to the following general rules, as well as any game-specific or market-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any dispute regarding a bet result or game outcome, pv77's decision is final and binding.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Cancellation or modification of a confirmed bet is not permitted except where a technical error on pv77's part caused an incorrect placement, or where pv77 determines that odds or game parameters were published in error.
• In the event of a void game or cancelled sports event, bets settle at odds of 1.0 (stake returned) unless the applicable market-specific rules state otherwise. For in-play cricket betting markets, the rules in force at the time the bet was accepted govern settlement.
• Maximum bet limits apply per game, per market, and per event. Applicable limits are displayed within each game lobby or betting market. pv77 reserves the right to restrict the maximum stake available on any market at any time, particularly for players identified as consistently placing stakes at or near the published maximum.
• In the event of a technical failure or network interruption that materially affects the recording or outcome of a game round or bet, pv77 reserves the right to void the affected rounds and return stakes to player accounts. pv77 accepts no liability for losses caused by connectivity issues, hardware failures, or software errors on the player's own device or network.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pv77 platform. Engaging in any form of prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable under Bangladesh law.

• Using the pv77 platform for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources or deliberately cycling deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity to exploit the platform as a payment transfer channel.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, macro, or mechanical or electronic device to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the pv77 platform in any manner not constituting normal manual human interaction.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or platform vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from the exploitation of a known or unknown software bug are void and will be deducted from the account balance.
• Colluding with other players, pv77 staff members, or any third party to influence the outcome of any game round or betting market, or to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players on the platform.
• Registering more than one pv77 account, attempting to access the platform on behalf of a self-excluded player, or seeking to circumvent any account restriction including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, or self-exclusion measures put in place by either the player or pv77.

8. Responsible Gaming

pv77 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranty that it will operate without interruption or be free from technical errors at all times. pv77's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net funds held in your pv77 account balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

10. Amendments to These Terms

pv77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
